You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call with Allyson at Elysian Renewal Boutique Therapy in Arizona to see if it’s the right fit for you.

What to expect on a free consult call

You know you need something to change and the idea of therapy as a solution has come up. You want a life that feels better. You are ready to stop the constant unravelling and trying to appear like you are holding it all together. I get it. I have been there too.

A free 15-minute consultation call is a perfect way to get a sense of whether therapy might be right for you. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, so this brief, no-pressure call is about giving you clarity and comfort and getting to know you a little bit.

Here’s what you can expect when you book a 15-minute consultation for therapy tailored specifically for you:

1. Welcoming Introduction

The first few minutes are all about making you feel comfortable. I’ll introduce myself and let you share as much or as little about yourself as you feel comfortable. There’s no need to prepare – this is a casual, welcoming time just for you.

2. Getting to Know Your Counseling Needs

I’ll ask a few open-ended questions to better understand your needs and why you’re considering therapy. Some things we might cover include:
What specific challenges or goals bring you to therapy?
Do you have any previous experience with therapy or other support systems?
What would you like to see change in your life or the way you feel?
This helps us determine if our approach will be the best fit for you and the unique needs of your mental health.

3. Our Approach to Therapy for Women and their Children

Therapy for women often involves addressing unique issues like self-esteem, relationships, career pressures, and emotional well-being. Therapy for children and teens can often include anxiety, anger, behavioral issues, divorce recovery, or healing from other traumas. During the consultation, I’ll share how our therapy services can support these areas, as well as other challenges you may be facing. I’ll explain my therapeutic style and what a typical session might look like, giving you a chance to see if it resonates with you.

4. Q&A – Your Questions Answered

This call is your time, so feel free to ask any questions you might have about the therapy process. Common questions include:
How long do sessions usually last?
How often will we meet?
What will therapy involve?
What results can you expect, and how long might it take?
I want you to leave the call with all the information you need to make the right decision for you.

5. Next Steps – Moving Forward at Your Pace

If therapy feels right for you, we’ll talk about how to move forward, including scheduling your first full session. There’s no pressure or commitment, though. This is a decision only you can make, and we’re here to support you at whatever pace feels comfortable.
